Photos of trips to Ireland and Nevada were the source for these sketches. Working on a crease is not easy. 🙂
The top two images are from Ireland – first is looking out from the Port at Howth and the second is Wicklow National Park. I will always remember Howth for the excellent battered fish and chips at “The Oar House” and the fact that you pronounce Howth like boat though with an “h” at the beginning. Memories of Wicklow recall stepping into a wonderland of lush greens.
The bottom two images are from Great Basin National Park in Nevada. Both were views from my cabin – Mt. Davis in orange and mountains to the south in blue. Both distant memories of a quiet end of day.
