As my handwriting maybe difficult to see to read on the sketches, here are my notes:
“In the beginning, he is in a small, green, pearl looking egg – .03 inches in height and .5 inches in width – encircled, protected by a soft shell under the cover of a leaf.
What will become of the being within?
One morning, out he comes.
Big green head, yellow eyes, hungry for leaves.
Then his green turns to brown.
He becomes sleepy, wrapping himself in a chrysalis.
Two weeks later, he awakens with wings,
transformed to fly in brilliant yellow.”
Happy Easter on a day filled with the message of hope, of resurrection.
